1965 VW BUG
Owner lived in California at the time. When he was six years old, he and his dad went to go pick out the car brand new in 1965. When he was in college he bought it from his father for just $750. He drove it all through law school and then moved to New Hampshire. It’s a family heirloom and means so much to him.
What made it so rewarding for me to restore it was when he had first saw completed, he was greatly moved, and he said my father would be awful happy to see his car today.
